ChemBank
ChemBank is a small-molecule and assay-data analysis environment that allows results from small-molecule screens worldwide to be freely available to the public. In March 2006, we launched a completely overhauled ChemBank (2.0) that provides a more stable and extensible information and analysis platform capable of comprehending the wide variety of data generated from scientific activities associated with small molecules. Regular new releases will expand upon this strengthened infrastructure and will continue to provide enhanced usability and analysis capabilities.
The October 2006 release, ChemBank 2.1.1, has several new features, including the ability to search across all projects and assays, and several data visualization enhancements.
